Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Carefully wrap your ceramics in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Receive Your Refund

Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
